1. ABOUT INSPIRATION.
(Creativity is always directly related to a person's worldview)
When creating my works, I am inspired by the works of outstanding masters, not only artists. Rather, it is not quite an inspiration - it is an analysis and the resulting conclusion. A fresh idea or THOUGHT that comes after the fact. For me
INSPIRATION IS WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING TO SAY, and it is not always accompanied by the desire to create.
By the way, not only art gives me a reason to think, I can reflect on physical laws, theories, and even religions in which I am interested. After all, good art, really good art, always has a solid foundation or philosophy.
You definitely have to learn from the best. Because of this, I compare myself to outstanding masters of art, Caravaggio, Rembrandt, and Malevich - some of the many names that hold a special place in my heart. Still, with all due respect to their achievements, I believe that they have exhausted themselves.
Art needs something new, a fresh look, outlook, and ideas. For me, as a builder,
ART IS A STRUCTURE
and maybe this old house needs to be destroyed so that on the ruins of this house, we can build a new skyscraper of art using the knowledge we already have. I am guided by this rule in my creativity. To create a new direction or even a new art - this is what I consider the goal of my artistic path.
2. ABOUT HOW I CREATE PICTURES.
(The form is not the main thing, the main thing is the content!)
I use mainly oil paints and canvases in my work, but sometimes I experiment. In principle, there are no obstacles in the choice of material. If this is suitable for realizing my idea, I use it without thinking. EVERYTHING goes; even electronic devices can be part of my composition. Actually, as I have already said, the main thing for me is the idea from which everything starts, and I
I believe that inventing interesting concepts is my strong point and turning them into reality is a secondary role.
"IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. IT DOES MATTER
WHAT IT MEANS."
I think you will agree that many outstanding works of contemporary art fit this rule. Now, it is not enough to draw beautifully or depict objects realistically to become a world-class specialist. That's why I don't want it. For "Beautiful" and "Realistic" a photo taken in one click is more suitable. And painting is a flight of fantasy.
3. ABOUT WHAT I GIVE THE VIEWER.
I consider it my duty to bring cultural awareness to the masses, and I demand from the viewer to look at things more deeply, to analyze, to question concepts, and to look from all possible angles. These are essential skills that help to separate seeds from pupae not only in creativity but also in life. Simply put, I try to find the truth and offer the viewer to look for it in those things that interest him, drawing an analogy with how I do it. I like analogies because, with the help of simple analogies, you can explain complex things.
Do you know? Sometimes you want to not be so serious. I just want to give people an emotion. Sometimes I draw some crazy, just for fun. It's not decent, it's sarcastic, but it's objectively fun and funny. You will have a question - "Why am I doing this?". Because I just want it. After all,
WE ARE JUST PEOPLE.
You and I sometimes want to relax. We are not robots, and we do not live by the iron laws of logic. People are not guided by logic.
PEOPLE ARE GUIDED BY FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS.
And it is the emotions that I want to present to the viewer, it doesn't matter if they are from learning the meaning of existance or from the outrage of my paintings, the main thing is to CAUSE EMOTIONS, which in turn
